Our story
- Cheapthings, Kenya’s no. 1 online retailer was established in November 2021 with the aim and vision to become the one-stop shop for retail in Kenya with the implementation of best practices both online and offline.
- Cheapthings is the largest online retail store in Kenya owned and operated by Imagine Care Limited to handle more web traffic.
- At inception we did an average delivery time of a week, today we do, on average, delivery in 30 minutes to 24 hours.
- Initially starting with 2 employees, Cheapthings Store presently has a staff strength of 10 young and entrepreneurial Kenyans including our 4 men strong customer service team available 7 days a week.
